More important information on the Freedom Rally ***************************************************************** As President Obama loves to say every chance he gets, "Let me be clear." The VCDL Freedom Rally is being held only at **gun-friendly** locations. We will not be going into the anti-gun pavilion area itself. Open carry, concealed carry, it's up to you.
